We are absolutely thrilled with our progress too. We just started our fourth week of our first six-week round.  Ron has lost 17.4; this is the first program where he has experienced immediate results which is motivating to stay with the program.  I have lost 10.6 lbs and have exactly 10.6 lbs to my goal.  The most exciting and amazing thing is that we are both losing in our abdomen area...usually the LAST area where results are seen!!!  

Susan, I just don't know how to thank you!!  Because of your efforts and experience we were convinced to begin this program.  Thank you so very much that you forged the way!!

		<description>I am finished with Phase 2 for the first time.  I lost 36 pounds and 38.5 inches.  Because of vacation I took 44 shots total with 3 days of 500 cals following.  I did eat extra protein the last few days of the program.  We went out to eat every night of vacation and the food was good.  Lots of seafood. I did good eating ceasar salads without the dressing and several restaurants had asparagus.  I have walked often on this program from 30 min. to an hour most days.  

I can't go long without food without feeling very empty.  I am eating two fruits a day as a snack. Protein three meals and veggies for two meals.  I have not kept up with the calories.  This is my third day on Phase 3.  I am mindful to eat more than I had on the 500 cals. especially protein.  I plan to go to the website Cindy sites in her ebook to find out how many calories I am supposed to have at this weight.  

I am loving wearing smaller clothes.  I am finally back in Misses sizes.  I am taking 5-6 weeks off to let my body rest and recouperate.  I plan to start back on Phase 2 the first week in May and go through another 42 days.</description>

		<description>Today was weigh and measure day at the clinic.  I have lost 28.8 pounds and 29.5 inches in 34 days.  I have 9 more shots and 3 more days at 500 calories.  I am craving protein.  I had some extra over the weekend at 3 social occasions and still managed to lose .4 on both days.  I am doing a Sunday shot the last two Sundays instead of skipping those days.  I am looking forward to eating eggs!!  We are going to the beach for 7 days.  I really want to be squeaky clean to maximize the last part of Phase 2, so I plan to take my food scales into restraunts.</description>

Because of a beach vacation and Easter, I am planning to do 44 shots this time.  The first day of Phase 3 will be on Easter.  I would really love to lose 15 more pounds this round but that may be unrealistic.  I am hoping the walking will continue to speed things up.</description>

As of yesterday, I have lost 22.6 pounds and 23.75 inches in 22 days.  I did not lose today, but yesterday I lost 2.6 pounds.  It seems that I am losing 0 to .8 pounds for 2-3 days and then bam I'm down 1.5 to 2.5 in one day.  I am not getting discouraged on the days I don't lose because so far I know a big loss is coming.  I know I am eating on plan with no cheats. I am monitoring it closely (obsessing really) and have plenty of apples on hand should I need to do an apple day.
